• ix. The quality and suitability of the service booked by the User.
• x. In cases where the activities, excursions or guided tours took place following the points of interest indicated, although the duration has undergone a slight variation, for any factor external to the Supplier and / or APULIA SMART TOUR. In this situation, it will be established that the service has been successfully implemented.
• xi. Requests and complaints relating to the service booked by the User, which must be managed by the Service Provider; APULIA SMART TOUR will be able to collaborate with the User to satisfy his requests.
